Reimbursement Request Update (1/30/2026)
Beginning February 1, 2026, EEC will no longer issue payments based solely on a Request for Funds Form (RFF) submitted to the eecadmininvoices@mass.gov mailbox. To ensure RFF submissions align with payment activity in EEC Finance for the remainder of FY26, each RFF submitted to the eecadmininvoices@mass.gov mailbox must have a corresponding, matching Reimbursement Request (RR) entered in EEC Finance. Beginning July 1, 2026, EEC will no longer require an RFF to initiate payment. Grantee reimbursement requests will become paperless and will be processed based on Reimbursement Requests submitted in EEC Finance.
